Halaxová & Halaxová TETRAPAT
Founded in 1990, Halaxová & Halaxová has become a well-established traditional legal office specializing in the protection of intellectual property in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the European Union.
The members of our office have the necessary legal, natural science and technical education, extensive work experience and have been active long-term in several international professional organizations, such as AIPPI, FICPI, INTA, LES and UNION.
We ensure complex services to our international clients provided by Czech and Slovak patent representatives, who are at the same time registered European Patent Attorneys (EPO Representatives) and European Trademark Representatives (OHIM Representatives). We provide representation before the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic, the Industrial Property Office of Slovakia, the European Patent Office and the offices of OHIM and WIPO and before courts of law in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
We provide highly professional and reliable services at very favorable and competitive rates. Expenses for disputes handled for our international clients are always estimated in advance and the estimated price is given to the client for consideration. At the same time, in advance we provide free of charge legal advice or consultation, in how we will proceed with the dispute as well as possible variations for handling the dispute.
